Last week, I spoke at the IFC Health Insurance Summit in Green Bay, WI. I spoke on The Perfect Calendar which is a concept I learned from my mentor Mike Brown.
The idea of The Perfect Calendar is to have you looking at your day and how it aligns with your goals and dreams. This exercise has helped me improve my life dramatically when it comes to time management.
We as entrepreneurs struggle with time management because we either live in our inbox or putting out fires. You need to sit back and look at what you want and how you take control of your time and live in the moment versus the inbox.
While I’m still working on this myself, I’ve come a long way since February when I found my mentor.

As most of you know this is my first year speaking at conferences around the country, and I’ve always been interested to know how people are going to receive my message.
At my first speaking engagement this year, I received a message stating that “This content was top 3 of the entire conference.”
However, when IFC asked me to speak at their conference in Green Bay, that doubt in my head came back and I was wondering if I was worthy enough to. Let me share with you another message I received from an attendee from that conference.
Just because you doubt yourself, doesn’t mean other people will-so why do you?
I AM WORTHY ENOUGH AND YOU ARE TOO!
Everyone has value to bring to the table. There’s enough abundance for everyone.
Back to my big announcement for you this week!!
3 weeks ago when I was at Medciarians I was introduced to Sandra Gedhardt who specializes in marketing.
Sandra and I hit it off right away, our personalities are very similar and our business outlooks and values align. We exchanged numbers and wanted to stay in contact in case either of us had a client that needed each other's services.
A week goes by and we find ourselves at another conference in Las Vegas. Sandra asked me to go to an A.I. Bot summit that’s also happening in Vegas so I was like sure, I wanted to pick her brain and become a better consultant for my clients.
The next day Sandra and I went back to A.I. Bot Summit but this time we didn’t go into the conference, we went there to brainstorm together and figure out a way we could partner together.
We saw a need for a solution to help agents and agency owners grow their business without any pressure or end game. Sandra and I are not in the agency business anymore and our one goal is to help you grow your business.
5 minutes later, we came up with The-Solution.io. The-Solution.io is a community for like-minded agents to come together and learn from Sandra and me.
I’ll be helping you with personal/professional development, business optimization, technology insights, and tips and tricks for running your business (4 S’s). Sandra will be helping you with marketing and owning your local presence.
